The customer service alone is AMAZING! Went to get my Ninebot e45 repaired. It needs a new controller. Owners are very straight forward with explaining, diagnostics and pricing is very reasonable. Will update on when my e45 is fixed and ready for pick up. If you have any Ninebot model or any other bike/scooter this is the to go to repair shop.

This bike shop deserves 5 stars, we went to almost 3 repair shops and told us they cannot fix our hiboy scooter. Called hiboy customer service without any avail and we found this place.
