The customer service alone is AMAZING! Went to get my Ninebot e45 repaired. It needs a new controller. Owners are very straight forward with explaining, diagnostics and pricing is very reasonable. Will update on when my e45 is fixed and ready for pick up. If you have any Ninebot model or any other bike/scooter this is the to go to repair shop.

This bike shop deserves 5 stars, we went to almost 3 repair shops and told us they cannot fix our hiboy scooter. Called hiboy customer service without any avail and we found this place. He is amazing, he knows what he is doing and he is confident with his skills. He fixed our scooter and figured out what’s the problem. He charges a reasonable price and is fast and efficient. He fixes everything and he also specializes in different kinds of batteries. His shop is also near the subway- worth the trip! Will Definitely recommend
