Meet the all-new Hiboy EX6F folding electric bike, an upgraded take on the EX6 built for more comfort, smarter portability and a more inclusive fit. A UL 2849 certified 48V 14.5Ah battery gives up to 75 miles of range, driven by a 750W peak motor that handles city streets and hills with ease.

The 15.7-inch low-step frame, adjustable handlebar and seat fit riders from 4'9" to 6'5". A three-point folding system and removable battery make it right for compact storage or travel, and 20 x 4 inch fat tires, a hydraulic front fork and a 110 lb rear rack mean it is ready to go the distance.

What kind of electric bike is the EX6F?
A low-step folding e-bike for commuting, recreation and travel. The step-through frame makes mounting easy and the fold stores it in apartments, RVs, SUVs and small garages.
How fast does it go?
Up to 20 mph on the throttle and up to 25 mph with pedal assist.
How far does it go on a charge?
With a 143 lb rider in ideal conditions, up to 41 miles in pure electric mode and up to 75 miles with pedal assist. Weight, terrain, assist level, weather and tire pressure change it.
Is the battery removable?
Yes. The 48V 14.5Ah waterproof battery lifts out to charge indoors, store separately, lighten the lift or secure it when parked.
How does it fold?
A three-point folding system brings it down to a compact size for transport and storage, ideal for apartments, RVs and travel.
Why a low-step frame?
At 15.7 inches the step is lower than most riders' knees, so getting on and off is far easier than with a high top tube. It helps riders with limited mobility, riders in everyday clothes and stop-and-go commuting.
What rider height does it fit?
The adjustable handlebar and seat fit riders from 4'9" to 6'5", so one EX6F can serve a whole household.
How powerful is the motor?
A 500W brushless rear hub motor with 750W peak, with smooth acceleration and enough torque for city streets and grades up to 15%.
Is it comfortable on longer rides?
Yes. A hydraulic front suspension fork, 20 x 4 inch fat tires, an upright position and adjustable handlebar and saddle all cut fatigue.
What brakes does it have?
Front and rear hydraulic disc brakes, with stronger, smoother and better-controlled stopping than mechanical brakes, especially in the wet.
Does it have gears and a rack?
Yes. A Shimano 7-speed drivetrain and a sturdy rear rack rated for 110 lbs of groceries, work bags or camping gear.
Is it waterproof?
It is rated IPX4 for light rain and road splashes. Do not submerge it or ride through deep water, and never charge a wet or swollen battery. Bring it straight in instead.
What riding modes does it have?
Pedal-only, pedal assist and pure electric throttle, so you ride with as much or as little motor help as you like.
How is it different from the EX6?
Same battery, range and fat tires. The EX6F folds, has hydraulic disc brakes and fits riders from 4'9" to 6'5"; the EX6 has a rigid frame with a 300 lb payload. Choose the EX6F for portability and fit, the EX6 for maximum capacity.
Can I test ride it first, and is there a warranty?
Yes to both. Come to any of our shops and ride it next to the EX6 and C1. It is covered for one year on the brands we carry, handled in our shops by our own technicians.
Is financing available, and where do I get it serviced?
