Everything about your coverage
What you get depends on who built your ride, not where you bought it or which store you visit — all laid out below, nothing to click through.
Year by year
The 3-Year Extended Warranty on every Wilson's e-scooter & e-bike
Every Wilson's-built e-scooter and e-bike qualifies — current models and future releases alike, not a fixed list. The coverage steps down gradually instead of ending abruptly:
What you get
The 1-Year Standard Warranty on everything else we carry
Segway, Nami, Navee, Teverun, Kaabo, Punk, KuKirin, Hiboy, and every other brand we carry get 12 months of manufacturer-defect protection. Wilson's is your single point of contact for the claim — you never have to deal with the manufacturer directly, and service is available at any of our 6 locations.
What's covered — and what isn't
The parts wear-and-tear and accidents don't include
Covered
- Controller failures from defects
- Display electronics
- Throttle components
- Wiring and harnesses
- Core electrical and mechanical failures under normal use
Not covered
- Tires and brake pads (wear items)
- Water damage
- Unauthorized repairs
- Collision or crash damage
- Misuse or improper maintenance
Crash or collision damage isn't covered, but we're happy to give you a repair quote — stop by any store or contact us.
Outside our six locations
Mail-in service, or 50% off local parts
We're not able to perform labor or supply free parts remotely — but we don't leave you on your own either. Ship your ride to any of our 6 locations for warranty service, or get it repaired locally: as a goodwill gesture for the full 3-year Wilson's-built coverage window, we cover 50% of the cost of parts confirmed necessary under warranty. You're responsible for the remaining part cost and local installation.
