Our History
Expert Roots, Local Service.
Wilson didn't just stumble into the scooter business. With over 20 years of R&D and manufacturing experience in electronics, he knows these machines down to the last bolt. Before he was a shop owner, he was the guy designing the tech that makes them move.
The "Sold and Forgotten" Problem
During the pandemic, New York needed a better way to move. Wilson saw everyone jumping on e-scooters, but he also saw a huge gap: people were buying bikes online, but as soon as something went wrong, they were ghosted. No support, no parts, and no one who actually understood the engineering.
Building Something That Lasts
So, Wilson took his decades of expertise and opened a small shop in Queens. He didn't just want to sell you a ride; he wanted to make sure you could actually keep riding. He built a place where "service" isn't an afterthought—it’s the whole point.
We’re Here to Stay
What started as a single repair-focused shop has grown into a community. Today, Wilson has 6 physical locations across New York and California, and we’re still growing.
We’re not just a website or a warehouse—we’re your local shop. We’ve invested in real storefronts and real mechanics because we’re in this for the long haul. No matter where you’re riding in the U.S., our goal is to be right around the corner when you need us.
Good service doesn’t end at the checkout. It starts there.
