I went from the Bronx to this shop, about a 45-minute trip, but it was absolutely worth it. I had a problem with my scooter, so I went to this shop. They helped me super fast, identified the problem as the display, and were able to get the new brakes working. All the work done in less than two days. Wow, incredible service, very friendly, and they make you feel like they appreciate you as a customer. I recommend them 100% 👌

There was some damage from shipping with my NAMI Burn E3, but Wilson replaced it ASAP! It's freaking awesome! It did come with a dead headlamp, but Wilson is sending me a replacement, along with a pair of No Flat! road tires, and a 72v 6.5a fast charger!!! Chuck, at Wilson, Brooklyn, NY is the man! If you have a problem with your scooter give Chuck a call. He knows his stuff and has the patience of a saint. He Helped me, get my scooter setup right, and has even checked up on me to make sure I'm being taken care of. You guys went above and beyond the call of duty! I'm a customer for life, so thank you, Julian, Chuck, Adam, and everybody else who helped me get rolling and who makes Wilson such an awesome company. And thank you Michael Sha! Great experience all together! Chuck was awesome helping me to decide between the scooters I narrowed my choices down to, answered all my questions even about internal components showing me around the shop looking at open scooters. He even offered his personal scooter to test drive since it was the very same I was going to buy! Kaabo Warrior 11 Max! Scooter wasn't in stock but came in days before the expected delivery date. Chuck and the mechanic helped me set it up and gave a bunch of advice on care and maintenance! Highly recommend!

I managed to burn out one of my motors on my Kaabo King GTR Max. Other places I called quoted me hundreds of dollars and two months repair time minimum.Then I remembered I bought my scooter online from Wilson, and learned there was a repair place in Brooklyn.Took three weeks to get an appointment, but omg I'm so happy I waited. Everyone there was AMAZING. Took less than a week to fix! My baby is back with me now and has a brand new motor! Everything else about the scooter seems to have been tuned up as well. And guess what? The motor was under warranty!! These guys are INCREDIBLE!I'll never go anywhere else again. Truly awesome experience from beginning to end.

Amazing service! Fast and quick with my Nami Kilma Max! They were able to actually fix further than what I thought I needed by replace. My beautiful Mantis King GT got a not so fun electric problem, and would not turn on anymore. I tried to find a solution using the online tech support, at no avail.
