The Hiboy EX11 full suspension electric bike is built for long-distance outdoor rides. It leads with comfort and stability: a 26-inch 4-bar full-suspension frame paired with an 80 mm dual-crown fork with lockout smooths out potholes, gravel and trails for a calmer, less fatiguing ride, then locks out for efficiency on flatter roads. For range, a removable 48V 18Ah battery delivers up to 100 miles, so camping, fishing and hunting trips stop being about the charger.

Ships as a Class 2 e-bike at 20 mph; where local rules permit, Class 3 pedal assist to 28 mph can be enabled. We configure it for your state at handover. Wear a helmet and follow local rules.

Hiboy EX11 questions

How fast does the Hiboy EX11 go?

20 mph in throttle mode as a Class 2 e-bike. Where local rules allow, Class 3 pedal assist can be unlocked for up to 28 mph. We set it up for your state at handover.

How far does it go on a charge?

Up to 100 miles on pedal assist and up to 53 miles on throttle alone with a 165 lb rider. Weight, terrain, weather, tire pressure, style and assist level all change it.

Is it good off-road?

Yes. 26 x 4 inch puncture-resistant fat tires, 4-link full rear suspension, an 80 mm lockout dual-crown fork, 90 Nm of torque and 20% climbing make it comfortable on gravel, forest trails, dirt paths and uneven ground.

How powerful is the motor?

A 750W rated motor with 880W peak and 90 Nm of torque. With the torque sensor it gives smooth acceleration, responsive assistance and confident climbing without the abrupt surges of cadence-only systems.

What does the torque sensor do?

It measures how hard you pedal and matches the motor to it, instead of switching on fixed assistance whenever the pedals turn. The result is a natural feel, smoother acceleration, better climbing, better efficiency and more control on technical terrain.

Is it comfortable on long rides?

It is built for them: 4-link rear suspension, an 80 mm fork, big fat tires and an upright position cut vibration and fatigue on pavement and trail.

Can it climb steep hills?

Yes, up to 20% grades with 90 Nm of torque, the 880W peak motor and the Shimano 7-speed drivetrain.

Is the battery removable, and how long does it charge?

Yes, the 48V 18Ah (864 Wh) battery lifts out to charge on or off the frame. A full charge takes about 9 to 10 hours.

Is it waterproof?

The battery and motor are rated IP65 and the controller IPX7, so rain and wet roads are fine. Do not submerge it or ride through flooding, and never charge a wet or swollen battery. Bring it straight in instead.

What rider height and weight does it fit?

Riders from 5'3" to 6'3", with a 300 lb total payload and a 55 lb rear rack.

Does it have hydraulic brakes?

Yes, dual-piston hydraulic disc brakes with 180 mm rotors for strong, consistent stops on streets, descents and trails.

What riding modes does it have?

Pedal-only, pedal assist and pure electric throttle, so you choose exercise, efficiency or effortless cruising.

How is it different from other fat tire e-bikes?

Full suspension instead of a fork alone, a torque sensor for natural assist, up to 100 miles of range, dual-piston hydraulic brakes, Class 2 and 3 capability, a 300 lb payload and IP65 sealing, in one e-bike.

How does it compare to the P6?

The P6 is a hardtail with a cadence sensor and a 62-mile range. The EX11 adds rear suspension, a torque sensor, a bigger 864 Wh battery for up to 100 miles, hydraulic brakes and a 300 lb payload. Ride both in the shop.

Can I test ride it first, and is there a warranty?

Yes to both. Come to any of our shops and ride it next to the P6 and EX9. It is covered for one year on the brands we carry, handled in our shops by our own technicians.
