Nanrobot M5 FAQ

What’s the difference between the M5 and M5 PRO?
Battery and motor. The $299 M5 runs 36V 5.2Ah with a 350W motor (~12.5 miles, 10° climbs); the $349 PRO doubles the battery to 48V 10.4Ah with a 750W motor (~25 miles, 20° climbs). Seat, basket, brakes and frame are identical.
How fast does it go?
20 mph on either build — brisk enough for errands, gentle enough for new and returning riders.
Is the seat comfortable for longer rides?
It’s a wide, sprung saddle on a height-adjustable post, layered on top of the sprung front fork — the most cushioned ride in our small-machine range.
How big is the basket?
Sized for a grocery run or a backpack, mounted low behind the seat so weight stays centered. There’s also a hook on the stem for a bag.
Which colors can I get?
The M5 comes in Grey, Black, White or Blue; the M5 PRO in Grey or Black.
Does it fold?
Yes — the stem folds at its buckle for trunks and storage. The seat post also drops down.
Can heavier riders use it?
It carries up to 265 lbs on either build.
How long does charging take?
About 7 hours — an overnight plug-in.
Is there anti-theft protection?
A voltage key lock — without the physical key, the M5 won’t power on.
Can I test ride one?
Please do — sitting down is the whole point: find your nearest Wilson’s shop.
