With 240 mm of effective travel the Ultra Bee offers better maneuverability and comfort across a wide range of off-road terrain. Unlike conventional motorcycles with hard steering blocks, it uses soft steering blocks that protect and cushion the suspension and wheel systems in a tip-over.

How fast does the Surron Ultra Bee go?
Over 56 mph (90 km/h) in Sports mode, with a 154 lb rider on a flat road. It is an off-road vehicle for private land and approved trails; we walk you through your local rules at handover.
How far does it go on a charge?
Up to 62 miles (100 km) at a constant 31 mph under the manufacturer's test conditions. Aggressive riding, hills, cold weather and heavier riders shorten it.
How powerful is it?
A 12.5 kW PMSM mid-drive motor with FOC sine-wave control delivers 440 Nm (325 ft-lb) at the rear wheel and 0 to 31 mph in 2.3 seconds.
What is SRTC?
Surron Traction Control, a three-level system that meters torque to the rear wheel. Unlike many systems it is designed to stay on off-road, giving stability without dulling the handling.
What is BERS?
Brake energy regeneration. The motor helps slow the Ultra Bee when you brake and feeds energy back into the battery.
Is the battery removable?
Yes. The 74V 55Ah lithium-ion pack lifts out for charging or storage away from the machine, and the charger has its own vented compartment under the seat so it can travel with you.
How long does it take to charge?
About 4.5 hours from empty with the included charger.
How tall is the seat, and how heavy is it?
The seat is 35.8 inches (910 mm) and the curb weight is 196 lbs (89 kg). Come sit on it at any of our shops before you decide.
Does it have a reverse?
Yes. Reverse is one of the four ride modes alongside Eco, Daily and Sports, selectable from the handlebar switch while riding.
Is the suspension adjustable?
Yes. The customized fork and INTERSECT TR linkage rear shock are fully adjustable with 240 mm of travel, and we set a starting point for your weight at handover.
What tires does it use?
80/100-19 front and 90/90-19 rear off-road tires on a widened 19-inch rear wheelset.
Does it connect to an app?
Yes. The Surron app and on-board GPS terminal give you ride information, remote settings, a ride log, anti-theft GPS, over-the-air updates and service feedback.
Is it street legal?
The Ultra Bee is sold as an off-road electric dirt bike. Road use depends on your state's registration rules; ask in the shop and we will explain what applies where you ride.
Is it suitable for beginners?
It is a full-size, high-torque machine best suited to riders with off-road motorcycle experience. Newer riders should start in Eco mode with traction control at its highest level, which we set for you at handover. The lighter Light Bee X is the easier first Surron.
Can I test ride it first, and is there a warranty?
Yes to both. Come to any of our shops and get on the Ultra Bee before you decide. It is covered for one year on the brands we carry, handled in our shops by our own technicians.
