Wilson E-Bikes - Wilson's Mobility complies with all applicable New York State and New York City laws governing the sale and operation of electric micromobility devices, including New York Vehicle and Traffic Law §§ 102-c and 114-e, NYC Local Law 39 of 2023, and NYC Local Laws 49 and 50 of 2024.

We do not sell or ship to New York City any stand-up electric scooter weighing more than 100 pounds or capable of speeds exceeding 20 mph, any electric bicycle with a motor exceeding 750 watts or capable of speeds exceeding 25 mph, or any e-bike, e-scooter, or lithium-ion battery that has not been certified by an accredited testing laboratory to the applicable UL standard (UL 2849 for e-bikes, UL 2272 for e-scooters, UL 2271 for batteries), as required by NYC Local Law 39.

More broadly, we do not sell or ship any product to a jurisdiction where its sale or operation is prohibited, and we reserve the right to cancel any order that cannot be lawfully fulfilled at the shipping address provided. Customers are solely responsible for verifying that any product they purchase, and its use, complies with all laws applicable in their state, city, and locality, including registration, licensing, helmet, and roadway restrictions where applicable.
