3-Year Extended Warranty Service (1-Year Standard + 2-Year Extra)

We offer an industry-leading 3-year warranty service, which includes our standard 1-year coverage plus an extra 2-year extended warranty, with labor charges waived for covered repairs. This coverage applies to manufacturer defects and failures under normal use, based on inspection and confirmation by our service team. Parts may still be charged depending on the specific issue and product, unless otherwise stated.

What’s Covered

If a covered issue is confirmed, we will provide diagnostic support and repair service. Coverage may include eligible electrical and mechanical components that fail due to manufacturing defects during normal use, such as:

• Controller
• Display
• Throttle
• Wiring
• Other key electrical or mechanical components

What’s Not Covered

All warranty and service coverage excludes:

• Tires and brake pads (including normal wear and tear)
• Water damage or damage caused by riding or storage with water exposure
• Unauthorized disassembly, modification, tampering, or repairs by non-authorized parties
• Collision, crash, impact, or other accident-related damage
• Misuse, neglect, improper maintenance, or use outside intended conditions

How to Request Warranty Support

To request warranty service, please contact our customer support team and provide:

• Your order information
• Product model and/or serial number
• A brief description of the issue
• Photos and/or videos showing the problem

Our team will review your request, confirm eligibility, and guide you through the next steps for service.

General Notes

Warranty eligibility requires normal use and proper maintenance. We reserve the right to decline coverage if the issue falls under the exclusions listed above.
