At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Canada, or other international destinations.

For e-scooters and e-bikes, typical ground delivery takes 3–7 business days after shipping. Please note that delivery estimates are not guarantees. Remote areas, severe weather, carrier capacity, battery/HAZMAT handling rules, and holiday periods can add transit time. For more details, please check ourshipping policy.

A shipment is considered potentially lost if there is no tracking update for 15 business days after dispatch. Resolution may include replacement shipment or refund at our discretion, subject to carrier claim approval and investigation.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, photos/video of the packaging and product, and a description of the issue. Claims made outside this window may be harder to resolve.
