Which Ausom electric scooter is the fastest?
The F1 Max at 45 mph, with 1400W x 2. The SR1 follows at 41 mph. Both are dual-motor machines meant for experienced riders and private land or roads where those speeds are allowed.
Which Ausom has the longest range?
The DT2 Pro is rated up to 71 miles on the manufacturer figure. Real range depends on speed, rider weight, hills and temperature; a 40 mph ride uses far more battery than a 20 mph one.
Single motor or dual motor?
Single-motor Ausoms (Gosoul 2, L1, L2 Max) are the commuters: lighter, cheaper, and plenty for flat city miles. Dual-motor models add a second hub motor for hill starts, off-road traction and hard acceleration. If your route has real hills, go dual.
Can I see an Ausom in a shop before buying?
Yes. Every Wilson's store keeps Ausom floor models and this is the brand where seeing one matters most: a 40 mph electric scooter is a very different machine from a 20 mph one. Walk in, no appointment needed. Ask any Wilson's shop about availability. Models over 20 mph aren't sold or shipped to New York City addresses.

Is the warranty handled by Wilson's?
Yes. Every Ausom we sell carries a one-year warranty on manufacturing defects. Wilson's manages the claim and our technicians do the work in our shops.
Where can I get an Ausom repaired?
At any of our six repair shops in New York and California. A simple inspection is free, and repairs are quoted from our price list. We service Ausom electric scooters wherever you bought them.
