"I took my father's scooter to get fixed — they were very straight forward with possible issues. It was a total of a 3 day turn around to fix the issue, which ended up being the control unit was damaged. I was told either they could fix my current control unit if possible or it would have to be replaced. "Great shop. Awesome attentive staffing. Needed tires changed, rear rotor and brake pads, column clasp upgrade installed, rear hydraulic brake issue. Turns out only one part of the brake system was worn out and solved the issue — the brake pads were still good, so they're not out to grab all your money. "Wilson's has fixed my scooter TWICE and both experiences were great. First time my back tire was flat (this was the 2nd time this has happened) — KQi3 Max Scooters have notoriously bad back tires that always go flat, something about how the rim is shaped/built. Wilson's replaced the tire with an airless tire so I'd never have to fill it again — genius fix, and they did it in about 30 minutes. In and out, same day. Then my scooter mysteriously stopped working — Wilson's quickly identified the problem as water corrosion of the controller and replaced it the next day. Easy peezy. The guy who works there doesn't speak a lot of English but uses a translator to make sure you understand him, and he's very good at what he does. He's also friendly.
