Know it at a glance

Simple enough to label on one picture

Display, finger throttle, bell, folding buckle, fenders, charging port — the H1’s whole story fits in Nanrobot’s own diagram.

Lighting system

Bright ahead, flashing behind

The headlight lights your path while the brake-activated tail light flashes the moment you slow — the signal that matters most in evening traffic.

Safe design

A stem built like it costs more

Forged construction, reinforced screws and twin internal ribs kill the folding-stem wobble cheap commuters are known for — the H1 rides tight and stays that way.

Motor

350W rated, 630W on the hill

Enough for 20 mph and the 15° grades of everyday suburbia — smooth, quiet and efficient, exactly what a last-mile machine should be.

8.5” solid tires

The flat tire is cancelled

Honeycomb solid tires can’t puncture, can’t leak and never need a pump — glass, gravel and debris are simply not your problem anymore.

Bluetooth smart app

Your phone is the key

Pair once and the app locks and unlocks the H1, shows live battery, switches the three riding modes, toggles the light and keeps your ride history — features borrowed from machines several times the price.

At the bars

Everything labeled, nothing to learn

Thumb throttle, gear indicator, battery bars, a real bell and the folding buckle — one glance covers the whole cockpit.

Questions riders ask

Nanrobot H1 FAQ

How fast and how far does the H1 go?
20 mph top speed with roughly 13 miles per charge — sized for last-mile trips, campus rides and quick errands.
Do the solid tires ever go flat?
No — the honeycomb solid tires have no air to lose. They can’t puncture or leak, and they never need a pump. The trade-off is a firmer ride than air tires; the honeycomb structure softens the worst of it.
What does the app do?
Lock and unlock the H1 from your phone, watch live battery, switch the three riding modes, control the light and review your ride history over Bluetooth.
Is it really only 27.5 lbs?
27.56 lbs — one of the lightest machines we carry, with a one-click fold. Buses, trains, stairs and car trunks are all easy company.
Can heavier riders use it?
Yes — the forged frame is rated for 265 lbs despite the low weight.
How long does charging take?
Just 4 hours from a standard 110V outlet — the fastest charge in our range.
Is the battery safe for indoor charging?
The H1 is UL2272 certified — the recognized electrical and fire-safety standard. Still, never charge a wet or swollen battery — bring it straight in to us.
Can it climb hills?
Rated for 15° grades on its 630W peak output — fine for typical neighborhoods. For steep terrain, step up the range.
Does it have cruise control?
Yes — hold a steady speed briefly and cruise engages automatically, with an icon on the display.
Is it water resistant?
IP55 — one of the better ratings in this class. Rain and splashes are fine; standing water is not.
Can I test ride one?
Absolutely: find your nearest Wilson’s shop and take it for a spin.
Who services it?
Our technicians, in the shop — brakes, diagnostics and everything else, any brand, any issue.
