Which YUME electric scooter is the fastest?
The Predator, rated 63 mph with a 165 lb rider on two 4000W motors and a 72V pack. The Raptor2 is next at 54 mph, then the X11+, Raptor and Hawk Pro Wide at 50 mph and the Hawk at 43 mph. Every YUME ships limited to public-road speeds; the full output is a rider-set mode for private property.
Raptor2 or X11+: what is the difference?
Both run two 3000W motors on a 60V pack in two sizes. The Raptor2 adds dual 130 mm hydraulic shocks front and rear, 160 mm rotors, a 3.5 inch TFT, an IP66 body and 54 mph, and comes with road or all-terrain tires. The X11+ runs five-point suspension with twin rear springs, 50 mph, and all-terrain tires, four pounds lighter.
What is the Samsung pack?
A 60V 30Ah pack built on Samsung 21700 cells instead of the standard 60V 27Ah pack. It adds about four to five miles of rated range on the Raptor2, X11+, Raptor and Hawk Pro Wide and is picked at checkout. The Hawk runs a single 60V 22.5Ah pack; the Predator a 72V 50Ah Panasonic pack.
Which YUME is the lightest?
The Hawk at 77 lb, still a dual-motor machine with ZOOM hydraulic brakes, NFC unlock and the app. The Raptor is 92 lb, the X11+ 98 lb, the Raptor2 102 lb and the Predator 170 lb.
How far does a YUME go on a charge?
On YUME’s ratings: 100 miles on the Predator, 62 to 67 on the Raptor2, 56 to 60 on the X11+, Raptor and Hawk Pro Wide depending on the pack, and 43 on the Hawk. Faster riding, hills, cold weather and heavier riders shorten every one of those.
Do YUME scooters have NFC?
Yes, every model we carry unlocks with NFC cards, two in the box, and pairs with the YUME app on iOS and Android for riding modes, lights and settings.
Can I buy a YUME online and pick it up in store?
Yes. Order online and collect it at any of our six shops in New York and California, or have it shipped free. Every model, pack and tire option is available both ways.
What is the warranty on a YUME?
Twelve months against manufacturing defects, handled by Wilson's. Bring it to a shop instead of shipping it back; our technicians deal with the claim.
Do you sell official YUME accessories?
Yes: chargers and fast chargers, seats, tires for every model, steering dampeners, spare battery packs, mirrors, a phone holder, knee and elbow pads, and the YUME cap and T-shirt. Parts are fitted in the shop while you wait.
Does Wilson's service YUME electric scooters?
Sold here, serviced here. Our technicians repair every YUME model, keep tires, brake parts, chargers and packs on the shelf, and a simple inspection is always free.
One ride settles it.
