How much is a KuKirin G2 Master?
About $800–$1,300 at Wilson's today. Two choices at checkout set the final price:
- Seat: the seat kit is a paid option on the G2 Master and ships separately. A carry bag comes with every one.
- Warranty: 12 months as standard, or 24 months extended.
See today's price. Standard shipping is free to the lower 48 states and Washington, D.C., and financing is available on approved credit; see financing. KuKirin is a brand we carry rather than design, so it has a year of warranty cover for manufacturing defects through us, and we manage the claim with KuKirin for you.
How fast is the KuKirin G2 Master?
37 mph (60 km/h) in the top of three speed modes; the other two are 15 mph and 24 mph. The extra speed over the G2 Max (34 mph) comes from the higher-voltage 52V battery and the second motor. Thirty-seven miles an hour needs open road, full attention and full protective gear, and the 15 mph mode is the sensible one in traffic or on shared paths.
How steep a hill can the KuKirin G2 Master climb?
KuKirin rates it for a 28° gradient, against 22° for the single-motor G2 Max and 20° for the G2. This is the real reason to buy it.
A single-motor electric scooter drives one wheel, and on a long climb that wheel does all the work: it runs hotter, slows toward the top and is more likely to lose grip on a wet or gritty surface. With a motor in each wheel, each does half the work, so the G2 Master holds its speed on a sustained climb and pulls away more cleanly from a wet uphill junction.
Most city riding never comes near 20°, so the Master is worth it for three kinds of rider: a route with a sustained hill, a rider near the 265 lb limit, or both. If you want more again, the KuKirin G3 Pro is rated for 25 to 35° and adds hydraulic brakes.
How far does the KuKirin G2 Master go on a charge?
43 miles, rated, from a 52V 20.8Ah battery. That is exactly the same rated range as the G2 Max, because the two packs have the same capacity: the second motor buys speed and climbing, not distance. Riding hard on both motors drains it faster than cruising, as on any electric scooter.
Charging takes 10 hours on our listing (KuKirin's 2026 US listing says about 7 to 8 hours). With 43 miles of range, most commuters charge every few days rather than every night.
How much does the KuKirin G2 Master weigh?
72 lb (33 kg) on our listing; KuKirin's 2026 listing says 73 lb, also 33 kg. It is the heaviest of the G2 family. It folds to 1,260 × 595 × 595 mm (about 49.6 × 23.4 × 23.4 in) and goes in a car trunk, but it is a two-hand lift, so ground-floor storage or an elevator makes it much easier to own. Max rider load is 265 lb (120 kg).

Who is the KuKirin G2 Master for?
- A good fit if your route has a real climb, you ride near the 265 lb limit, or you ride in the wet and want two driven wheels finding grip.
- Look at the G2 Max instead if your riding is flat or gently rolling: same 43 miles, 34 mph, a seat included and a lower price. See the KuKirin G2 Max or our G2 Max price, speed and range guide.
- Look at the G3 Pro if braking matters most: hydraulic discs, 40 mph and up to 49 miles, on KuKirin's figures.

Is the KuKirin G2 Master street legal?
Not in New York. New York State only treats a device as an electric scooter if it has a top speed of 20 mph or less and weighs under 100 lb; the G2 Master is built for 37 mph, and a lower speed mode doesn't change that. Models over 20 mph aren't sold or shipped to New York City addresses.
In California, electric scooters may not be ridden faster than 15 mph on public roads, whatever their design speed. Elsewhere, rules vary by state and city, so check yours, and keep the 37 mph mode for private land or places where it is allowed.
Keeping a KuKirin G2 Master running
Two motors mean two of some parts, so a dual-motor electric scooter has more to check at a service than a single-motor one. Our technicians service KuKirin and every other brand, wherever you bought it, with express service at every shop. Starting prices, parts and labor included:
| Service | From |
|---|---|
| Simple inspection, any brand | Free |
| Error code fix | $35 |
| Controller replacement | $35 |
| Motor repair (hub) | $100 |
| Hall sensor and phase wire repair | $100 |
| Brake repair | $25 |
| Rotor replacement | $35 |
| Tubeless setup and sealant service | $30 |
| Tire and tube replacement | $65–$120 |
| Suspension and fork service | $80 |
| Tune-up and safety check | $50 |
Every price is a starting price that includes parts and labor; the final price depends on the model and part. A simple inspection is always free; a full diagnosis with disassembly or test equipment is $30, waived on repairs over $100. See every price in our repair price guide and what we check on a motor repair.
Light rain and wet roads are within its IP54 rating; avoid standing water. Never charge an electric scooter that is wet or has a swollen battery. Bring it straight in.
We ship the G2 Master free anywhere in the lower 48, and our shops in New York City (Flushing, Elmhurst, Brooklyn and Long Island City) and San Francisco service it: find a shop or book a repair. Ready to buy? See today's price on the KuKirin G2 Master.
