How fast is the Blade GT II?

Teverun rate both versions for 53 mph (85 km/h). Two 1600W hub motors peak at 4900W, and Teverun quote 0 to 53 mph in 3.9 seconds and a 35° climbing rating. Traction control (TCS), which you can switch on or off in the app, limits wheel spin on wet paint and gravel, and a steering damper keeps the bars calm at speed.

Teverun deliver every electric scooter with a factory speed limit of 25 km/h, about 15 mph, for public roads. They say the unrestricted mode is only for private land, off-road areas and other places where higher speeds are legal. At these speeds, wear a helmet every time and gloves at minimum. For how it ranks against other fast models, see the fastest electric scooters.

How far does the Blade GT II go on a charge?

The GT II is rated for up to 50 miles (80 km). The GT II+ is rated for 62 miles (100 km) on our listing; Teverun's global site lists it at 120 km, about 75 miles. Ratings assume gentle riding, so Teverun's US store publishes its own range test for the 2026 Blade GT II at steady speeds, with a 165 lb rider:

Steady speed Range (Teverun's test, 2026 Blade GT II)
15 mph About 50 miles
28 mph About 31 miles
53 mph About 14 miles

So at full speed you get roughly a quarter of the rated range. Teverun don't publish a charge time for either version on our listings; the GT II comes with a 5A fast charger and the GT II+ with a 67.2V 5A charger. Regenerative braking puts a little energy back on the way down. For other long-range picks, see the best long-range electric scooters.

How much does the Blade GT II weigh?

Our listing gives 95 lb (43 kg) for the GT II and 97 lb (44 kg) for the GT II+, which matches Teverun's global site. Both fold for a car trunk, but plan on wheeling it rather than carrying it up stairs. The GT II+ carries riders up to 265 lb; Teverun's US store lists 270 lb for the GT II.

Two spec sheets for the GT II

Teverun's US store now lists a 2026 Blade GT II with a 60V 30Ah Samsung battery (1800 Wh), an 83 lb net weight and a 67.2V 2A charger. Our listing and Teverun's global site give 60V 26Ah and 95 lb. Speed, range and power are the same on all three. If the exact pack matters to you, call us on (516) 300-0944 before you order.

Blade GT II or GT II+: which should you buy?

  • Choose the GT II for the full 4900W, 53 mph performance at the lower price, on spring suspension.
  • Choose the GT II+ if you ride long distances or on broken pavement: the bigger Samsung pack adds about 12 rated miles, and the KKE hydraulic suspension adjusts front and rear, for 2 lb more.

Is the Blade GT II street legal?

Not in New York City. New York State only treats a device as an electric scooter if it weighs under 100 lb and has a top speed of 20 mph or less. The GT II and GT II+ are under 100 lb, but both are built for 53 mph. Elsewhere, electric scooter rules vary by state and city, so check where you'll ride. Our guide to electric scooter laws in NYC covers New York.
