How fast does the KuKirin G4 Max go?
53 mph (86 km/h) in the top of its three modes. The other two are 23 mph and 43 mph. That is motorcycle speed on a standing platform, so a helmet every time and gloves at minimum are not optional.
Even the middle mode is faster than most states and cities allow for an electric scooter. The top modes are for private land, or open road where the rules allow it. Set the mode before you set off, not on the move.
How far does the G4 Max go on a charge?

The battery is removable, which is the one real concession to the weight: you can carry the pack indoors to charge it without moving the whole electric scooter.

Is the KuKirin G4 Max street legal?
Not in New York City. New York State only treats a device as an electric scooter if it weighs under 100 lb and has a top speed of 20 mph or less, and the G4 Max is built for 53 mph at 141 lb.
A slower mode doesn't change that, because the rule is about what the machine is built for. Models over 20 mph or 100 lb aren't sold or shipped to New York City addresses.
